Born and raised in Elk Park, North Carolina, Natalie Earnhardt has been a part of the exclusive Linville Ridge mountaintop community for 22 years. She started babysitting as a teenager, spent summers working as a camp counselor, was an employee in The Ridge’s restaurants and office and, for the past 15 years, at the Hair & Day Spa. Now, Natalie is excited to embark on her next journey with Linville Ridge, as a broker associate with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty.

Joshua Aldridge has a long history with this majestic community located in the mountains of North Carolina. A Crossnore native, Joshua worked at Linville Ridge throughout college as a valet at the country club and restaurants, and as part of the outdoor staff at the award-winning golf course.After graduating from North Carolina State University with a degree in political science, Joshua worked as a supervisor for a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. Although he moved around a bit, his hometown was never far from his mind, and he eventually resettled in the area he knows and loves. For the past several years, Joshua has been working with the Linville Ridge real estate team, handling rentals and sales in the exclusive mountaintop community and dedicating himself to making life easier for his customers.Joshua is a member of the High Country Association of REALTORS®. In his spare time, he enjoys playing and watching a variety of sports.
